Seeking support can feel overwhelming, especially when you're struggling with trauma, anxiety, self-doubt, relationship challenges, or life transitions. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and affirming space where you can explore your experiences, build on your strengths, and move toward meaningful change.
I work with children, teens, and adults using a personalized, trauma-informed approach that recognizes that healing is not one-size-fits-all. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Board Certified Registered Art Therapist℠ (ATR-BC®), and EMDRIA Certified Therapist™, I integrate EMDR therapy, art therapy, mindfulness, DBT and CBT skills, Bilateral Stimulation, Narrative Sand Therapy, and other evidence-based approaches to meet your unique needs.
Art therapy offers opportunities for self-expression, insight, and healing when words alone are not enough. EMDR helps clients process and heal from distressing experiences that may continue to affect their emotions, relationships, self-esteem, and daily life. Together, we work to reduce emotional distress, strengthen coping skills, increase self-awareness, and create lasting change.
